General refund position
Salon Manthra prices reflect professional time, consultation, product use, preparation, and service delivery. Refunds are not automatic and will be reviewed by management based on the nature of the service, concern, timing, and available evidence.
Completed services
- Completed services are generally non-refundable because they are personalised, time-based, and cannot be returned.
- Client preference changes after a service, such as choosing a different length, tone, shape, finish, or intensity, may require a new paid appointment unless management approves otherwise.
- Results may vary based on hair history, skin condition, aftercare, previous products, lifestyle, and individual response.
Rectification and touch-up window
If you believe there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment with your name, service date, concern, and clear photos where relevant. We may invite you for an assessment and, where appropriate, offer a touch-up, adjustment, aftercare guidance, or service credit at management discretion.
Deposits
- Deposits are generally non-refundable because they reserve appointment time, staff preparation, and salon capacity.
- A deposit may be moved to a new date where sufficient notice is provided and the new slot is available.
- Deposit transfer is subject to the booking type, notice period, peak demand, product preparation, and management approval.
Rescheduling
Please request rescheduling as early as possible. Standard appointments should ideally be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Bridal, group, special, lengthy, or deposit-backed appointments may require longer notice.
No-shows
- No-shows may lead to deposit forfeiture.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full or partial prepayment before future bookings are accepted.
- Management may decline peak-hour bookings for clients with repeated missed appointments.
Packages and prepaid services
- Packages, prepaid blocks, bridal bookings, memberships, and promotional bundles are generally non-refundable once purchased or partly used.
- Unused portions may be rescheduled, reassigned, or converted only where the package terms allow or management approves.
- Package benefits may be subject to availability, expiry dates, service exclusions, and advance booking requirements.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-cash redeemable, non-refundable, and subject to validity dates and voucher terms. Lost, expired, or damaged vouchers may be reviewed by management but replacement is not guaranteed.
Exceptional management discretion
Salon Manthra may consider exceptional circumstances with care and fairness. Any refund, credit, re-service, voucher extension, or alternative resolution is offered at management discretion and does not create an automatic entitlement for future cases.
