Bookings and appointments

- A booking is confirmed only when Salon Manthra confirms the appointment time and any required deposit or preparation step.
- Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows, but priority may be given to confirmed appointments.
- Some services may require consultation before final confirmation, especially chemical treatments, keratin, color, bridal, piercing, facial, and corrective work.
Deposits and payments
- Salon Manthra may request a deposit for premium services, lengthy appointments, bridal or group bookings, packages, or high-demand dates.
- Deposits reserve staff time, product preparation, and appointment capacity. They are generally non-refundable but may be rescheduled when sufficient notice is provided under the relevant policy.

Late arrival and no-show standards
