Booking channels
Appointments may be requested through the website booking form, WhatsApp, phone, social media, Meta lead forms, or in person at the salon. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows.
Confirmation process
- A booking is confirmed only after Salon Manthra confirms the slot and any required deposit or consultation step.
- We may ask follow-up questions about hair length, service history, skin sensitivity, event timing, or desired finish before confirmation.
- For selected services, final timing and price may be confirmed after in-person consultation.
Arrival timing
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. A short grace period may be allowed where the schedule permits, but late arrival can affect service time, finish, or availability.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Standard appointments should ideally be changed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Bridal, group, lengthy, premium, or deposit-backed appointments may require longer notice and may be subject to separate terms.
Deposit-backed appointments
Deposits may be requested for premium treatments, chemical services, long appointments, bridal work, group visits, packages, peak dates, or repeated no-show history. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date when notice and availability allow.
Group, bridal, and special bookings
Group, bridal, homecoming, preshoot, event, or special-timing bookings may require consultation, schedule planning, deposit payment, clear arrival timing, service sequencing, and final confirmation from management.
