Validity
Gift vouchers, packages, memberships, prepaid blocks, and promotional benefits are valid only for the period stated at purchase or issue. If no validity period is stated, management will confirm the applicable term based on the offer record.
Non-cash redemption
- Vouchers, packages, membership benefits, and promotional credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
- They may be used only for eligible Salon Manthra services or products approved under the relevant offer.
- Unused balances are not paid out in cash unless management has expressly agreed in writing.
Transfer rules
Gift vouchers may usually be gifted to another person unless the voucher states otherwise. Memberships, prepaid blocks, loyalty benefits, and promotional packages may be non-transferable unless management approves a transfer.
Expiry rules
Expired vouchers, packages, memberships, or promotional credits may not be accepted. Extension requests may be reviewed by management, but approval is not guaranteed.
Promotional exclusions
- Offers may exclude bridal, group, piercing, chemical treatments, premium products, peak dates, other promotions, or services requiring special preparation.
- Discounts and benefits cannot usually be combined unless the offer clearly allows it.
- Membership benefits are subject to staff availability, booking confirmation, and any usage limits attached to the membership.
Management discretion
Salon Manthra may verify voucher records, refuse suspicious or altered vouchers, correct pricing errors, amend future membership benefits, and make fair exceptions where appropriate. Any exception is discretionary and case-specific.
